Innocence Lost, A Nation Found: Canada Remembers the Great War 1914 - 1919

This video documents 12 Canadian teenagers' visit to Vimy, France on a veterans' pilgrimage, and how they develop a new respect for what Canadian soldiers endured to capture Vimy Ridge in the name of peace and freedom.

A 158-page Teachers' Resource Guide
The guide contains six easy-to-read sections to assist in preparing lesson plans and in-class learning. The guide contains in-depth historical research, suggestions for learning activities, excerpts from wartime diaries, wartime music and poetry, question and answer sheets, and full-colour Canadian war art.
